Complete refurbishment and extension

Reinventing the popular Brothers Leagues Club involved creating a new gaming room, café, restaurant, kitchen, lounge, alfresco area and car park.  Rohrig took on the challenge of undertaking this major project while allowing the club to continue to trade through significant demolition and rebuilding.

Our unique staging and program for the delivery reduced the overall duration of the original plan by 12 weeks and made a major difference to the trading impact on the club’s business.

We also identified a number of smart ways to reduce costs and mitigate difficulties inherent in the build. Extensive use of full-size mock-ups ensured everyone was happy with layouts before construction, allowing work to proceed quickly and smoothly.
