Penrith Anglican College
New performing arts centre
Penrith Anglican College is a P-12 school with over 1000 students. This new single-level, multi-use building was an important expansion for the school and created an impressive theatre space for drama students. It also houses classrooms, a café and kitchen.
The imaginative design by Terroir Architects has many building lines and angles that needed to be well-planned in the design phase to ensure a seamless and impressive result. Rohrig helped with value engineering to achieve the design intent at the most competitive cost for the client, saving over $1 million on the original tender submission.
The work in a live school environment was completed under our stringent school safety policy.
