Rohrig transformed an existing two-storey building into a new learning centre with an innovative design in an exceptionally short timeframe and under budget.

The secret was Rohrig’s early involvement as project manager responsible for design and construction.

The brief was to give the Year 9 and 10 students their own very distinctive space – not a typical classroom – that would enhance learning and engagement with the teacher.

From initial meetings with school stakeholders to engaging award-winning interior designers Tom Mark Henry, Rohrig worked to achieve the project’s full potential.

The school’s CFO, Damian Ferguson said, “Rohrig’s early involvement was a godsend, given the timeframe that we had to achieve the outcome. It’s been cooperative and solution-orientated.”
