Major Development at Lindisfarne Anglican Grammar School

Rohrig is thrilled to announce the opening of our new office, dedicated to serving the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers regions. As part of our commitment to this growing area, we are proud to share an update on a significant project at Lindisfarne Anglican Grammar School.

Lindisfarne Anglican Grammar School, an independent Preschool – Year 12 institution with campuses in Tweed Heads South and Terranora, New South Wales, is renowned for its focus on “learning for life”. The school’s modern and inviting campuses provide exceptional outcomes for families in the Gold Coast and Northern NSW.

Our major project at the Mahers Lane campus in Terranora involves extensive upgrades designed to propel the school into the future. The centrepiece of this development is a state-of-the-art Senior Centre, designed by Raunik Design Group, features group learning spaces, an internal running track, a gym extension, staff areas, new amenities, and a large collaboration hall that can be divided into multiple spaces.

In addition to the Senior Centre, we are expanding the existing Food Technology building with two new food technology spaces, a food theory room, and an updated cold room and freezer.

Outside, we are enhancing the campus with additional parking, public road widening for improved access, and extensive landscaping to further beautify the grounds.

Our team has already made significant progress, tackling the challenging bulk earthworks to create a flat surface for the Senior Centre on a steep hill. Recently we poured concrete for the 1170m2 ground floor slab, now moving us on to subsequent stages of this exciting project. We anticipate completing the project in 2025, significantly enhancing the region’s educational infrastructure.
