Rohrig Named Finalist in the 2026 Lord Mayor’s Business Awards

Rohrig is proud to announce that we have been named a finalist in the High-Growth Business Category at the 2026 Lord Mayor’s Business Awards. This recognition celebrates the continued evolution of our business and the people who have made that growth possible over the past 35 years.

Since opening our doors in 1991 with a team of six, Rohrig has grown significantly across Queensland and New South Wales while remaining committed to the values that have shaped us from the beginning: strong relationships, quality outcomes and investing in our people. Today, our team comprises more than 220 employees, with 150 based in Brisbane, where the business was founded.

A key driver of Rohrig’s success has been our focus on developing talent from within. From cadets and trainees to senior leaders, we are committed to creating opportunities for our people to learn, grow and take on new challenges. More than 70% of our Senior Leadership Team began their careers in trainee or cadet roles, reflecting the strength of our commitment to professional development and long-term career pathways.

This recognition also reflects the contributions of the broader team behind every Rohrig project, including our clients, subcontractors, consultants and industry partners. Their trust, collaboration and shared commitment to quality have helped shape the business we are today.
