The Rohrig team was committed to minimising disruption to patrons and staff throughout works, ensuring the Club remained trading throughout, even going as far as to soundproof the live working environment.
“We actually decided to line the full-height hoarding with acoustic panels for this project, which meant that not only could patrons not see us – they couldn’t hear us either,” Hastie said.
“Many of our hospitality projects are undertaken around live trading environments, so we are constantly finding ways to safely remain out of sight and out of mind.”
Through careful programming, minimal variations and strategic material selection, we were able to complete the renovations in just 21 weeks, handing it over four weeks ahead of schedule – just in time for the Club’s Cup Day tradition!
“One of the key benefits of working directly with Rohrig was the ability to build a strong partnership,
ensuring all stakeholders were well-informed and enabling prompt, effective decision-making,” said Redlands Sporting Club General Manager, Shane Curtis.
“This approach contributed to the success of the project by achieving the intended budget, maximising value, removing risks, and delivering the project on time.”
At Rohrig we believe collaboration creates lasting value, and we remain committed to working with each and every client to bring their hospitality dreams to life.
