Pottsville Tavern
Rohrig is excited to have completed a major refurbishment at the Pottsville Tavern in New South Wales, delivering an elevated hospitality experience for patrons.
Designed by architects Cayas & Ward, the renovation modernised the venue while expanding its offering through intelligent use of floor space and improved facilities throughout.
This project was delivered across three stages, which included upgrading the main bar, bistro, outdoor dining, beer garden, carpark, and landscaping, all to be completed in a live operating environment to allow for continued trading.
Our team installed striking feature timber battens in the dining room and utilised a specialised metal ceiling designed to direct rainwater to an internal garden while fully protecting the gaming machines from the elements.
Rohrig deployed two dedicated foremen to manage internal and external works concurrently, ensuring the kitchen, bistro, and a temporary gaming room remained fully operational for patrons throughout this project.
The team is proud to have completed the 31-week build on time, allowing the Pottsville Tavern to continue serving the Northern Rivers region.
