Rohrig’s experience of the education sector and its multi-project relationship with Ormiston College was the foundation for this award-winning design and construct project.

BSPN Architects were engaged by Rohrig to partner in creating this exceptional building for the college. It contains senior and junior library spaces, quiet learning pods, flexible learning areas, a ‘maker space’ for robotics and interactive workshops, staff offices and a commercial canteen and kitchen.

Rohrig’s early involvement and project management achieved value at every stage of the process. The value equation considered student outcomes, durability and cost savings.

John Miller Chairman of Ormiston College said the Rohrig design and construct has worked like a charm. “My preferred course of action is to go straight to Rohrig – not to tender on the builder but let Rohrig tender on the architect.”
