Major club refurbishment with new restaurants
This club and entertainment complex is one of Sydney’s most exciting, serving over a million patrons a year.
Two Rohrig projects here helped take the club to the next level with a range of new restaurants and a street-food style area with separate mini-kitchens and serveries. In such a busy club environment, it was vital to manage the works so they didn’t disrupt normal business and income.
The complex integration of large-scale new areas with different designs and high-end finishes made the most of Rohrig’s hospitality project management experience. We were closely involved in the food and beverage design layouts, using our mock-up process to road-test the different kitchen and service areas before the build. This preparatory work, combined with many alternative material and design suggestions, saved the club significant construction costs.
