Refurbishment and extension of hotel
This project was a total transformation of a local inn, enabling it to cater for much larger functions and positioning it for the years ahead.
Rohrig worked with architects Bergstrom and undertook significant value engineering and design development, making suggestions that saved more than $125,000.
The project involved a large array of catering, dining, kitchen and bar facilities. There were also interesting construction features including aluminium batten ceilings throughout and a large amount of prefinished wall panelling with raw concrete finishes.
