Complete transformation of community pub
The ‘Kenmore Tavern’ was a 1980s pub in need of a complete redesign to attract contemporary diners.
KP Architects developed a game-changing series of linked spaces with intimate areas for eating, drinking and relaxing. The renovation included two new bars, a gaming room and kiosk TAB as well as a large alfresco dining and terrace area. Rohrig added to the workability of the design by road-testing of the food and beverage service, and we also helped value-engineer the plans to bring the construction within budget.
The Kenmore has been a popular and busy venue ever since the renovation.
